  • What’s a waste toner and can I change it myself?

    A waster toner collection container is what it sounds like; it is essentially an empty container that collects left over toner from the drum after an image has been transferred to the paper. Generally, there is very little waste toner per impression, but it’s got to go somewhere. These units last a long while, so when you get the warning message you should order one. Not having a new one on hand causes the machine to stop until it’s emptied (VERY dirty job!) or a new one is put in.

  • What do I do with my full waste toner container or empty toner bottles?

    Our manufacturers are all very eco-conscious companies. Check the item in question for the specific recycling number and check your local recycling program, chances are you can recycle them!
